Key Accountabilities:
Bordereaux Management
Receive, review and process incoming bordereaux from Coverholders and TPAs in line with binding authority agreements.
Ensure data quality and compliance with Lloyd’s Coverholder reporting standards.
Maintain bordereaux schedules and ensure timely ingestion into internal systems.
Data Validation and Upload
Cleanse, map and upload bordereaux to internal systems.
Identify and investigate anomalies, missing data and contract breaches.
Resolve data and mapping queries from third party outsource partners.
Manage ELTO processing and audit reviews from end to end
Stakeholder Collaboration
Liaise with internal teams, including Underwriting, Finance/Credit Control and Claims, third party service providers, coverholders, broker and TPAs.
Work with Outwards Reinsurance to ensure annual RI renewal process is completed accurately
Support Underwriters in monitoring binder performance.
Highlight and escalate persistent data or performance issues.
Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly MI for internal reporting and committee papers.
Provide training to third party service providers and members of the London team where required

Skills & Competencies Required:
Ability to communicate well one-to-one and in small groups. Keeps others informed and updated, Ability to write clear, precise and well organised documents
Strong experience in Delegated Authorities and bordereaux practices with good knowledge of Lloyd’s, FCA/PRA and other regulatory standards
Ability to act with due professional care, demonstrating sound integrity and confidentiality
Qualifications & Experience:
Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in bordereaux management, oversight and processing at a senior analyst level
Strong knowledge of Lloyd’s and Company Market practices including experience with Lloyd’s systems including ATLAS, DCOM, ECF2, IMR & Crystal
Watertrace (BDX & IQ Canvases) system knowledge preferable
Educated to at least A-level standard, degree preferable
Relevant professional qualifications e.g. CII, LMMIT, LM1/LM2 or desire to work towards
