Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for studying the specific characteristics of body configuration requirements in the European market and delivering localized configuration recommendation reports.

• Responsible for researching vehicle corrosion protection performance in the European market and providing development recommendations for corrosion protection performance.

• Responsible for collecting competitive vehicle benchmarking data, including teardown, measurement, simulation, and test documents, and compiling relevant analysis materials.

• Responsible for body product and technology planning, and promoting implementation in vehicle projects.

• Responsible for organizing and completing body product planning for assigned vehicle projects.

• Responsible for supporting feasibility analysis during the early styling and engineering development phase of vehicle projects.

• Responsible for managing body quality issues and conducting design change analysis, including building and maintaining a product FMEA library and applying it during project development.

• Responsible for collecting and maintaining body technical documents, including shared departmental data, process technical standards, design specifications, design summaries, and other technical accumulation documents in the database.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in body development or vehicle engineering is required.

• Proficient in English as working language; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.

• Familiar with common engineering and office software, such as Microsoft Office, NX, and Teamcenter.

• Strong hands-on ability; experience in testing, validation, or experimental work is preferred.

• Holder of a valid European driving license is preferred.

• Passionate about work, with strong teamwork spirit, good communication skills, and a proactive working attitude.
