The Senior BMS Pre-Sales Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end pre-sales engineering activities related to Building Management Systems (BMS). The role involves preparing BOQs, technical submissions, design development, and coordination with clients and consultants to ensure compliant and optimized BMS solutions, primarily using Siemens BMS products.
Develop BMS solutions based on customer RFQs, ensuring full compliance with project specifications.
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with strong expertise in Siemens BMS products
Create and review BMS design documents, including:
I/O schedules
Control schematics
System architecture drawings
Prepare and validate project specification compliance and technical submittals
Coordinate closely with customers, consultants, and internal teams to address design changes, value engineering, and optimizations until final approval.
Support new projects, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and variation orders with minimal supervision.
Ensure all designs and proposals align with industry standards, project requirements, and client expectations
Minimum 5+ years of experience in BMS pre-sales or design engineering roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Siemens BMS systems and solutions
In-depth technical knowledge of BMS architecture, controls, and integration
Proven ability to prepare BOQs, technical proposals, and compliance documents
Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with consultants and clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal guidance.
