Senior Biomedical Engineer / Supervisor - JP2060
Philips is seeking an experienced Senior Biomedical Engineer / Supervisor to support the JP2060 Deployable Health Program
This role combines hands-on biomedical engineering responsibilities with day-to-day team leadership, technical oversight, planning and customer engagement activities. The successful candidate will act as the senior onsite engineering representative, ensuring medical equipment is maintained in a safe, operationally ready state while supporting the performance and development of the JP2060 Biomedical Engineering team.
The Senior Biomedical Engineer / Supervisor will work closely with Philips leadership, SAAB Australia, the Australian Defence Force, third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are achieved and capability remains available to support Defence operations.
This position has been established to enhance local capability, support increasing workload demands and provide technical leadership across the JP2060 sustainment environment.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
