The Role

We are currently seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to join our Rail & Metro team in Brisbane. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering some of ANZ’s most significant infrastructure projects while supporting ongoing growth across our digital engineering capability.

In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive the effective implementation of BIM across projects, ensuring high-quality, coordinated digital delivery outcomes. You will bring a strong technical background, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to support and mentor team members in BIM best practice.

You will have a strong understanding of BIM and CAD methodologies, with hands-on experience across the Autodesk suite, and be confident in supporting the setup, management and optimisation of BIM workflows across complex infrastructure projects.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be Able to Demonstrate

  • 6+ years’ experience working on rail transport & infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of BIM and CAD technologies, particularly the Autodesk suite (e.g. Civil 3D, Navisworks, Revit)
  • Experience in BIM implementation, including model setup, coordination, and workflow management
  • Ability to monitor, audit and review BIM utilisation across projects to ensure best practice outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
  • Relevant qualification (Bachelor, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a related field)
