We are currently recruiting a Senior BIM Coordinator to join our expanding structural department. At AECOM, you will have the freedom to grow in a world of opportunity. You will be involved in a wide range of infrastructure projects including bridges, viaducts, earth retaining structures, cut and cover tunnels, underground structures, culverts and building structures. This role offers the opportunity to work across all project stages, from concept to preliminary and detailed design.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage Building Information Modelling (BIM) activities for the Structures discipline on transport infrastructure projects, including bridges, viaducts, cut-and-cover tunnels and related structures, typically covering LOD 200 to LOD 350.
Ensure that all structural models comply with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project requirements and applicable BIM standards.
Develop, manage and supervise structural BIM content, including models, parametric families, templates, coordinates and shared project data.
Lead and coordinate drawing production derived from BIM models, including general arrangement drawings, reinforcement detailing and structural steel layouts.
Coordinate model exchanges and interfaces with other disciplines in a multi-disciplinary BIM environment.
Perform model audits, clash reviews and quality checks to ensure compliance with internal QA/QC procedures and project BIM standards.
Support project teams by providing technical BIM guidance, resolving modelling issues and promoting best practices.
Work both independently and collaboratively, prioritizing tasks effectively while operating with limited supervision.
Minimum 6 years of experience developing BIM projects for the Structures discipline on transport infrastructure projects (bridges, tunnels, viaducts, or similar).
Advanced proficiency in structural modelling and drawing production using Autodesk Revit and/or Bentley OpenBridge.
Proven experience working in a Common Data Environment (CDE) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and/or Bentley ProjectWise.
Strong understanding of BIM workflows, modelling standards, coordination processes, and information management requirements across project stages.
Ability to interpret and implement BIM Execution Plans, standards and client requirements.
Fluent English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively within international project teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
Certificated BIM education or proven experience in BIM projects in the field of civil/structural engineering works.
