Our BIM team, has the mission of assisting all projects (in the submission, design-construction and execution phase), to take advantage of the information available to them, by using digital tools to enable it to be utilized to its full potential. The team has developed several effective BIM processes with the sole mission: to help their colleagues from different EBC teams (estimation, project execution, legal, quality) and enable them to achieve objectives more easily. Come develop and innovate with us! Responsibilities: Manage and maintain federated BIM models across all project disciplines. Lead clash detection and resolution activities, track issues, and coordinate corrective actions. Facilitate multidisciplinary BIM coordination between design consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders. Support 4D construction sequencing and model-based construction planning throughout the project lifecycle. Provide technical guidance and BIM support to project teams during both design and construction phases. Ensure BIM deliverables meet project standards, quality requirements, and coordination objectives. Participate in coordination meetings and communicate model updates, issues, and resolutions. Conduct regular site visits to Napanee, Ontario (1-2 days per week) to support field coordination, validate model accuracy, and resolve construction-related issues. Requirements 5 to 7 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator on building, industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of building construction methods, construction sequencing, and multidisciplinary coordination processes. Proven experience managing federated models, conducting clash detection, and coordinating model issue resolution across multiple disciplines. Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and Autodesk Forma. Experience using Synchro 4D and/or Fuzor for 4D planning, construction sequencing, and schedule visualization. Familiarity with 4D and 5D BIM workflows, construction planning, and digital project delivery. Strong understanding of BIM standards, model quality control, and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs). Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy, while effectively supporting project teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Desired Profile: Experienced BIM/VDC professional with strong expertise in multidisciplinary coordination, federated model management, clash detection, and digital coordination tools. Demonstrates a high level of autonomy in managing assignments and making technical decisions. Able to support project teams, facilitate coordination meetings, resolve technical challenges, and contribute to 4D planning initiatives. Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and collaborative skills. In accordance with applicable pay transparency legislation, EBC Inc. has included the expected salary range for this role, which is $60,000–$105,000. Compensation within the range is determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, localization, and internal equity.
