Our client is a rapid growing Building Information Modeling (BIM) services and solutions provider.
Senior BIM Coordinator / BIM Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Support on both Private development and Public Housing projects in Hong Kong and overseas;
- Manage BIM projects for all matters relating to construction documentation, project execution and coordination of BIM models & all deliverable such as 3D, 2D, 4D & 5D BIM;
- Prepare, QC & deliver quality Architectural, Structure & MEP BIM Models & deliverable using various BIM software including Revit, 3dsMax, Navisworks
- Provide guidance and training for junior level BIM staff and training services to Client;
- Develop, implement and maintain BIM standards;
- Coordinate with internal staffs and clients at all levels;
- Support on BIM research & development.
Requirement:
- Degree in relevant field such as Building studies, architecture, structural engineering, construction management, Building Services, etc.;
- Minimum of 2 years BIM management / coordination work experience in large-scaled multi -disciplinary BIM project;
- HKIBIM Professional Member;
- Experienced in BIM software – Revit / ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Navisworks, SketchUp, 3dsMax, etc and MS office;
- Knowledge in 5DBIM, BIM FM / VICO office / Tekla / Laser Scanning / Fuzor / Site Working experience will be an advantage.
