Your Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Bid Coordinator to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia on a 12-month maternity cover contract. As a Senior Bid Coordinator, you will:
Independently lead bids, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Play a key role in major pursuits, contributing to strategy, messaging and coordination
Support the development of submission sections, including methodology, value propositions and executive summaries
Support bid planning activities such as writing plans, review schedules and compliance tracking
Provide quality oversight across all submission components to ensure alignment with bid strategy and client expectations
Collaborate with subject matter experts to extract and shape compelling content
About You
Proven experience supporting end-to-end bid processes across complex, multi-disciplinary teams
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
Stakeholder engagement capabilities, including coordination with sales, legal, finance, and technical team
