Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: A relevant BSc degree in Computer Science; Information Systems; Information Technology and/or ND in Information Technology or Software Engineering.
• Preferred Qualification: Honours/Btech Degree
• Experience: 5 years' relevant experience in a Business Intelligence and/or Data Engineering environment
• Proven track record of building end-to-end Business Intelligence Solutions
• A strong level of proficiency in BI Stack is essential.
• An advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft BI Stack will be an added advantage.
• Analytical thinker with business value in mind
• Data Engineering experience in Ad Initio and Teradata will be advantageous. 

You'll be an ideal candidate if you:

• Have a strong knowledge of credit, lending and transactional banking products and channels will be advantageous.
• Strong level of competency in the development of data models and Enterprise data warehousing within a large organization
• Experience in Data Visualization will be advantageous.
• It essential that the successful incumbent understand both the technical points of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, as well as the business drives and needs.
• Stakeholder management across various areas across the company.
• Have prior management experience and able to lead a dynamic team of Data Professionals. 

Responsibilities:

• The role requires in-depth understanding of business processes, end-to-end business intelligence solutioning and align those solutions to business objectives.
• A Senior BI Developer plays a key role in the team by using technical knowledge and experience to implement a business solution to drive decisioning and give the business a competitive edge.
• The successful incumbent will also be required to advise the team on solutions as well as mentor junior and intermediate team members.
• Due to the broad nature of their data service capabilities, effective stakeholder engagement and cross-team engagement is vital as this will enable the company to build effective solutions and offer more to customers.
