WhatYou’llBe Doing as aSenior PerformanceAnalyst

• Support the commissioning, performance monitoring, and operational diagnostics ofSolbankBattery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

• This role requires strong technicalexpertisein BESS systems, data analysis capabilities, and familiarity with control and communication protocols used in energy storage applications.

• Assistwith commissioning and troubleshooting ofSolbankBESS systems under the direction of the Performance Engineering Manager.

• Analyzeoperational and performance data toidentifytrends, system inefficiencies, and potential fault conditions.

• Support remote and on-site diagnostics of BESS faults, alarms, and performance deviations.

• Assistin capacity testing, data collection, and analysis.

• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

• Maintain technical documentation including system performance reports and diagnostic logs.

• Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on system performance and reliability.

• Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with safety protocols, engineering standards, and company policies.

• Maintain and improve system reliability and performance.

• Team up with talented colleagues and partners to achieve project goals.

• Champion our standards for quality, safety, and sustainability.
