Integral is seeking an experienced and highly motivated project to consultant-level scientist to serve as the Technical Lead for our Seafloor Sediment Profile and Plan View Imaging (SPI–PV) service area. This role will provide scientific leadership, ensure technical excellence in seafloor imagery analysis, and support strategic growth of the SPI–PV service line. The ideal candidate is an established subject matter expert with strong analytical, project management, and client engagement skills.
This position may offer in-office, remote, or hybrid opportunities based on the candidate’s location and the needs of the organization.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and internal equity. An employee’s total compensation package includes annual salary; company-subsidized (employee and family) medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) participation with a company match of 1% to 4% of annual compensation; company-paid life and short- and long-term disability insurance, paid sick leave (10 days), paid vacation (15 or/to 20 days determined by title at hire), paid holidays (9 days) per year; and the potential for an annual discretionary bonus based on company performance. Paid time off will be prorated to reflect part-time scheduled hours, if applicable.
