Are you an experienced BDM with a proven track record in the legal, conveyancing, or financial services sectors? What You’ll Do

  • Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities across legal, property, and financial services sectors
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Become a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer teams to ensure optimal client outcomes
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise brand visibility
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and performance reporting

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of business development experience, ideally in legal, conveyancing, property, or financial markets
  • Strong ability to self-generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
  • Strategic, commercial thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and passionate about delivering best-in-class client outcomes
