岗位职责:
1. 市场洞察与业务机会识别
收集并分析电梯维保市场、客户需求、竞品产品及推广策略,识别潜在业务机会,为新产品开发、产品上市及推广策略制定提供决策支持。
2. 业务数据分析与跟踪
定期跟踪备件解决方案及 Partial MOD(部件改造) 销售业绩,输出分析结果和改进建议
3. 推广及培训资料支持
协助制作产品推广材料、销售工具、培训课件及客户沟通资料,支持产品上市和业务推广。
4. Partial MOD 培训与项目支持
协助 Partial MOD 培训规划、案例整理及重点项目跟踪,推动业务机会转化和项目落地。
5. 业务拓展及工具优化
支持备件业务拓展、流程优化及数字化工具改进,提升一线使用效率和业务管理质量
6. 跨部门协同
协同销售、产品、GSS、采购、供应链等团队,推动产品推广、项目支持及业务优化落地。
