Manage and coordinate workflow for EV battery and electric motor repair operations.
Propose technical improvement measures and enhance repair effectiveness.
Plan and develop service centers capable of repairing EV batteries and electric motors.
Participate in training and providing technical guidance to relevant units on repair activities.
Coordinate with related departments to handle customer complaints within the scope of responsibility.
Manage KPIs related to battery and motor repair progress.
Collect market data and prepare periodic reports for management.
Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors in line with professional orientations.
Participate in projects and special task forces when required by management.
Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
2–3 years of experience in automotive technical service, diagnostics, or warranty. Preference for candidates with experience in automotive/motorcycle manufacturing plants or large industrial environments.
Basic understanding of EV batteries, electric motors, and diagnostic systems.
Good technical troubleshooting and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good command of English.
