What you’ll do

Lead and deliver complex SAP transformation and cloud migration programs, combining strategic guidance with hands-on execution.

· Drive end-to-end SAP initiatives (installations, upgrades, OS/DB migrations, conversions, greenfield implementations)

· Lead RISE migrations across hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP)

· Provide deep SAP BASIS expertise across SAP HANA and S/4HANA landscapes

· Design secure, scalable, and resilient SAP architectures

· Implement and enforce security (IAM, SSO, MFA) and ensure system performance and availability

· Troubleshoot critical issues and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

· Partner with clients and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes

What you bring

Strong SAP technical depth with proven cloud transformation experience and the ability to operate in high-impact environments.

· 15+ years of SAP BASIS experience

· Expertise in upgrades, migrations, Unicode conversions, and S/4HANA implementations

· Hands-on experience with SAP HANA (performance tuning, scale-out, data provisioning tools)

· Experience with SAP BTP and Fiori

· Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (certifications preferred)

· Strong knowledge of cloud security (encryption, IAM, threat detection, incident response)

· Proven delivery of at least 3 SAP cloud migration projects

· Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities

Compensation Range Transparency SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted annual combined range for this position is 107300-230600USD The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
