Seeking an experienced bank professional with strong commercial deposit account experience to support branch operations, lead frontline staff, and deliver a high level of service to both retail and business customer s.

This is a hands on role ideal for a Senior Banker ready to step into an Assistant Branch Manager position or an experienced ABM who thrives in a relationship driven, operationally strong branch environment.

What You Will Do

Commercial & Customer Relationship Support

• Open and maintain complex personal and commercial deposit accounts

• Serve as a primary point of contact for business customers with more involved banking needs

• Handle account maintenance, research, and issue resolution quickly and professionally

• Build relationships and identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships

Branch Leadership & Operations

• Support the Branch Manager with daily branch operations and staff oversight

• Coach and mentor teller and CSR team members

• Serve as a senior resource for escalated customer issues and exceptions

• Step in as branch leader when needed

Transactions & Account Services

• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and account maintenance

• Approve transactions within authority limits and escalate when appropriate

• Open new accounts including DDA, savings, CDs, IRAs, and commercial accounts

• Assist with overdrafts, holds, and account research

Cash, Controls & Compliance

• Maintain strong cash handling and dual control procedures

• Assist with vault, ATM, and teller line oversight

• Ensure balancing, audit readiness, and adherence to procedures

• Ensure all activity aligns with bank policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a commercial bank environment required

• Strong experience with commercial deposit accounts and business customers

• Background in branch operations, teller line, and new accounts

• Previous experience as a Senior Banker, Lead CSR, Head Teller, or Assistant Branch Manager

• Ability to handle complex customer relationships and escalations

• Strong operational, compliance, and customer service skills
