This role offers the opportunity to join a mature and high-traffic SaaS platform that plays a key role in shaping customer experience for major European enterprises. You will contribute to a product already widely deployed in production, where performance, scalability, and reliability are critical on a daily basis. Alongside maintaining and evolving an established backend, you will also take part in strategic innovation initiatives, particularly around AI and semantic analysis powered by LLM technologies. The environment is highly collaborative, with close interactions across Product, Design, and Data teams from the earliest stages of feature design. You will join a stable and experienced engineering team where technical excellence, autonomy, and knowledge sharing are core values.
