Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
(Upper Second-Class Honors / Good grade or above) in Computer Science,
Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical
discipline.

Backend Expertise:
5+ years of proven
hands-on programming experience with Python (using frameworks such as FastAPI,
Flask, Django) or Go.

Computer Science Fundamentals:
Mastery
of core data structures, algorithms, and a strong track record of applying
software design patterns in real-world production environments.

·
Database Management:
Solid experience in
working with relational and non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL) as well as
caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached).

·
AI Inference & Production:
Strong
understanding of deploying AI models into production, including practical
knowledge of inference frameworks and serving pipelines.

·
High-Performance Communication:
Proficient in working with high-performance communication protocols and
real-time data streaming/processing (gRPC, WebSockets, Server-Sent Events -
SSE).

Testing Standards:
Robust experience in
drafting automated tests using Python testing frameworks (pytest, unittest, or
equivalent).

·
DevOps Foundation:
Proficient with Git
workflows and modern CI/CD pipelines within professional software development
lifecycles.

·
Cloud Infrastructure:
Fundamental knowledge or practical experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) is
considered a strong advantage.
