What You Will Do
- Design and implement scalable backend systems using Go and Python.
- Develop and maintain cloud-native applications orchestrated with Kubernetes.
- Integrate advanced data storage solutions, including Vector Stores and Graph Databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and performance.
- Optimize backend processes for improved efficiency and scalability.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of robust data pipelines.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 4–6 years of experience in backend engineering, with a strong focus on Go and Python.
- Proficient in container orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Experience with data storage technologies, particularly Vector Stores and Graph Databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building efficient systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred
- Familiarity with Langchain and its applications in backend development.
- Experience in developing AI-driven applications or data analytics platforms.

Compensation and Benefits
