What You Will Do
- Design and implement scalable backend systems using Python and NodeJS to support a growing user base.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic using TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Optimize application performance and reliability through the use of Redis and Kubernetes for efficient data management.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and enhance development workflows.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5–10 years of experience in backend engineering, with a strong focus on Python and JavaScript technologies.
- Proven experience building applications using NodeJS, Next.js, and React in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with cloud services, specifically AWS, and containerization technologies like Docker.
- Strong understanding of database management and caching mechanisms, particularly with Redis.
Preferred
- Experience with Kubernetes for orchestration and scaling of applications.
- Knowledge of Express framework for building web applications and APIs.
- Previous work in the healthcare sector or with health-related software solutions.
Compensation and Benefits
