We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join our team and help build and operate high-scale backend services.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement resilient backend services to support high-scale operations.
- Improve the reliability and performance of existing systems.
- Collaborate closely with product and infrastructure teams to deliver robust solutions.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience with Go and/or Python.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, including consensus, replication, sharding, caching, and messaging.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and API development.
- Familiarity with cloud-native observability tools and practices.
