We're seeking Senior Backend Engineers to join the talented development team in Tel Aviv. In this role, you will be part of a team focused on creating and maintaining high-performance, scalable systems, and backend services that drive critical parts of the platform. You'll get the opportunity to tackle exciting challenges in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using modern frameworks and languages.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions that are reliable and scalable.
• Optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to solve complex technical problems.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

Must Haves

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development.
• Strong experience with Python, Java, or a similar programming language.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, relational databases (SQL), and cloud-based services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling technical challenges.
• Effective communication skills in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker or orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git).
