Core Backend: Design and develop scalable systems primarily in Python
DevOps & Infrastructure: Take ownership of CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments using GCP (preferred), AWS, Docker, and Terraform.
Dynamic Projects: Toggle between high-stakes projects, moving seamlessly from building products from the ground up to solving complex challenges for large enterprises.

Experience: 5+ years of professional backend development.
Technical Stack: High proficiency in Python (e.g., Django) and experience with cloud infrastructure ( IaC) Preferably GCP.
Consultancy Mindset: You have experience working as a consultant or across various projects and thrive in the journey from Startup to Enterprise.
Business Acumen: You are interested in the "why" behind the code and how it creates value.
Language: Fluent in Swedish and English.
AI/ML: No need to be an expert, but a keen interest in the field is a major plus.
Frontend: Experience or interest in collaborating with our experts in React/Next.js
Startup Experience: Experience building products from scratch.
