  • Operational Oversight: Manage and streamline back office processes, including mailroom and data entry tasks.

  • Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve issues as they arise to maintain workflow continuity.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on operational performance for management review and strategy formulation.

Requirements

Qualifications for Senior Back Office Supervisor:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in back office operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a diverse team.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a focus on process improvement.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work processes.
  • Flexibility: Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
