Our client is a technology-enabled, leading provider of flexible financing to small and medium-sized businesses. Since its inception in 2008, the company has supported more than 55,000 merchants nationwide with over $4 billion of capital used for a variety of purposes, from funding everyday operating expenses to managing cash flow gaps to facilitating business expansion, and much more.

Leveraging its proprietary technology, our client is able to deliver capital to customers via a streamlined and simple process that can be completed in as little as 24 hours, compared with the weeks or even months it often takes for a business to receive a bank loan.

Job Summary

Our client is seeking skilled developers to join their Agile team and expand the capabilities of their industry leading FinTech software. Their small size and flat structure guarantee that your ideas will be heard, your work will be impactful, and you will enjoy levels of autonomy that developers at larger shops can only dream of.

Their environment is completely built and hosted on Azure Cloud. You will work with Visual Studio, Azure Dev Ops, C#, .Net Framework, .Net Core, Azure API Gateway, SQL Server, Angular, and many other technologies. There are opportunities to improve existing software and new development initiatives every quarter.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core, building APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles, dependency injection/IoC, and clean, maintainable code.
• Proficiency with automated unit and integration testing.
• Strong SQL and Entity Framework / EF Core experience, including query optimization and performance considerations.
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and asynchronous or event-driven communication.
• Cloud development experience, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD and modern development practices.
• Ability to independently deliver well-designed, testable, production-ready code and participate in code reviews.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with remote, distributed teams.
• Fluent English.
• Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).
