Job Description

UTTR is on the lookout for a standout creative designer. We’ve created a first-class creative team that brings the flair, energy and impact that is often missing in B2B. We’re looking for someone that can continue to raise the bar.‍

Responsibilities:

  • Key asset design: You’ll lead the strategy and execution of design for digital ads, websites, emails and other core assets
  • Unwavering quality You consistently deliver top-notch designs that fit the client's brand. Follow a strong QA process before launch
  • Link creative to outcomes Everyone at UTTR understands how their work drives outcomes. You’ll design with the understanding the ultimate goal. You’ll review performance and come up with subsequent creative iterations
  • Deeply understand audiences : We work across the B2B world, in a diverse range of industries and niches. You need to be able to quickly understand each audience in order to recommend relevant creatives
  • Team collaboration Work collaboratively with multiple functions, including performance marketing and copywriting to drive results
  • Evolve and refine Take insights from previous projects and apply that knowledge to improve our collective knowledge as a company
  • Project management Handle projects with precision, ensuring timely delivery, and keeping everyone in the loop‍

What you’ll bring:

  • A strong digital portfolio: You have experience and a portfolio of work across email, web and digital ads
  • Figma A background in using Figma
  • Self-starter You’re positive and proactive
  • Organized: You know how to manage multiple work streams and manage your
  • High standards: You don’t ship for the sake of shipping but spend that extra time to get things right‍

Working hours:

  • We don't care where you work, but you need to work EST, CST, MST or PST hours.
