The role

We are seeking an experienced AWS Voice Developer with strong expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to design, develop, and support cloud-based voice and contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable voice applications, integrating APIs, and optimizing cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and seamless customer experiences. This role requires strong technical problem-solving skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to support deployment and release processes in fast-paced environments.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain voice and contact center solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Implement and enhance cloud-based communication platforms, including Amazon Connect integrations and workflows.
• Develop and maintain API integrations between AWS services, third-party systems, and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Configure and customize low-code/no-code platforms to improve application functionality and business processes.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, troubleshoot system issues, and implement solutions to maintain system stability and high availability.
• Support deployment activities, release management processes, and version control best practices.
• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and operational standards for cloud environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, workflows, and support procedures.
• Provide technical support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives for voice and cloud solutions.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AWS development and cloud-based application support.
• Expert proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies.
• Experience with API integration and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and system issues.
• Familiarity with release management processes and version control systems.
