Your Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain AWS-based voice and contact center solutions.
• Configure and customize voice applications to meet business and operational requirements.
• Integrate voice platforms with enterprise systems using APIs and low-code/no-code tools.
• Support and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy new features and enhancements.
• Participate in release management activities, including code deployment, version control, and change management.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and support procedures.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in AWS development, cloud-based voice technologies, or contact center solutions.
• Expert proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies.
• Experience with API integrations and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues.
• Familiarity with release management processes and version control systems.
• Preferred experience with Amazon Connect.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Preferred experience developing and supporting cloud-based contact center or voice solutions.
• Preferred knowledge of cloud security, monitoring, and operational best practices.
