We are looking for a Senior AV/VC -Digital Signage & Microsoft Teams Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Teams Rooms, Modern Workplace Collaboration, AV Technologies, and Digital Signage solutions. The candidate will act as the SME for Teams Rooms, leading architecture, deployment, operations, troubleshooting, and modernization initiatives across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and support Microsoft Teams Rooms (Windows & Android).

• Lead meeting room modernization, migration, and standardization projects.

• Define conferencing architectures, HLDs, LLDs, and technical standards.

• Manage Teams Rooms through Teams Admin Center and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

• Configure and support Exchange Online resource mailboxes, Teams Phone, and Teams Premium.

• Design and support enterprise AV solutions for meeting rooms, boardrooms, and collaboration spaces.

• Develop and maintain AV control systems and user interfaces using Crestron, Q-SYS, Logitech, and BrightSign.

• Administer Appspace and BrightSign digital signage platforms, including room signage, wayfinding, and workplace communications.

• Troubleshoot complex AV, Teams Rooms, conferencing, and device issues.

• Drive platform optimization through QoS, monitoring, automation, and operational best practices.

• Collaborate with networking, security, workplace, facilities, and vendor teams.

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Technologies: Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Rooms (Windows & Android), Microsoft Entra ID, PowerShell Microsoft Graph API

• AV & Digital Signage: CrestronCrestron, Air Media, Q-SYS, Logitech SyncAppspace, BrightSign, Digital Signage ManagementAV Control SystemsDSP ConfigurationRoom Automation

• Hardware Experience:Logitech,Crestron, Poly / Polycom Cisco Teams-Certified Devices

• Networking: QoS,TCP/IP Firewall Integration Real-Time Media Optimization

Must Have

• 8-11 years in AV, Unified Communications, Collaboration, or RTC technologies.

• Proven experience delivering: Microsoft Teams Rooms deployments Meeting room modernization programs

• Hardware refresh initiatives Global room rollouts Digital signage implementations using Appspace and BrightSign

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate

• Microsoft Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer

• Cisco Collaboration Certification
