Ready to take your automotive expertise into a broader operations role? Allianz Partners Thailand is looking for a full-time Senior Automotive Technical Supervisor to join our Roadside Assistance team in Bangkok. If you come from an automotive OEM, dealership, or service centre background and have a passion for service quality, process improvement, and developing people — this is your next move. You will apply your deep technical knowledge to oversee service operations, evaluate and develop our provider network, drive continuous improvement, and help shape how automotive assistance services are delivered across Thailand.

What You'll Do

• Consult on and analyse automotive roadside service cases, making decisions on service provision for clients
• Monitor daily roadside service operations across the company's fleet and external service providers
• Evaluate workshop and service provider performance against set standards — identifying gaps and driving measurable improvement
• Lead service improvement initiatives and develop standardised processes to raise operational effectiveness across the internal and external network of workshop and technician.
• Design, prepare, and deliver training programmes for service station staff and external providers — building technical capability and service quality across the network
• Follow up on operational issues and develop practical solutions to ensure seamless service delivery
• Resolve service complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Summarise service reports and provide data-driven recommendations to improve network performance
• Advise and provide solutions to internal and external stakeholders on operational and technical matters
• Support the business in increasing profitability and reducing operational costs
• Support cross-functional projects to achieve business targets
• Perform additional duties and assignments as directed by management

What You'll Bring

• Deep technical knowledge of automotive systems, workshop operations, and service centre management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret service data, identify trends, and drive performance improvements
• Experience in automotive OEM operations, dealership management, after-sales service, or service centre management
• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field is an advantage — candidates with equivalent hands-on experience are equally welcome to apply
• Experience in designing and delivering technical training programmes is highly advantageous
• Experience in service improvement, process development, or quality management within an automotive environment is highly valued
• Knowledge of Electric Vehicle (EV) systems, technology, and service requirements is highly advantageous
• Demonstrated leadership ability — experience supervising workshop teams, service advisors, or provider networks
• Proficient in both English and Thai (written and spoken)
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working with reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, and digital tools — using insights responsibly in line with data governance and ethical use standards
