Job Title: Senior Automation Tester

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Tester with strong expertise in mobile automation and proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automation testing, team leadership, and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for mobile applications
• Implement and execute automated test scripts using JavaScript/TypeScript
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Lead and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance and support.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure timely delivery of testing activities in alignment with project timelines.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Mobile automation testing experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Appium, Selenium, Cypress).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration with automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Team handling experience is a must.
• Ability to lead projects and manage priorities effectively.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (mandatory).
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
