In your role, you'll become a vital member of a team of skilled professionals, including Automation Engineers and QA Strategists dedicated to the DDC Automation unit. Your primary responsibility will involve designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks that support continuous software validation. Here you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the evolution of banking technology while advancing your skills in cutting-edge areas like AI-driven testing and CI/CD integration.

This is you

• Proven experience in Project Management tools (JIRA) and advanced defect lifecycle managemen

• Strong expertise in automation tools and languages: Java, Cucumber, Appium, Postman, JMeter, and Katalon

• Hands-on experience configuring and managing test environments, including test servers, databases, and containerization (Docker or Kubernetes)

• Proficiency in version control and code management using Git

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Ability to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).

• Experience in performance and security testing automation.

• Availability: Hybrid work model (3 days in-person: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; 2 days remote).

Nice-to-have skills:

• Knowledge of emerging AI technologies applied to testing (MCP, Agentic AI, etc.).

• Experience with modern testing tools like Cypress, Playwright, K6, or Selenium

• Familiarity with Observability (Shift-Right) and early detection strategies (Shift-Left).

This is your role

• Design, implement, and optimize automated testing frameworks for functional, regression, and performance tests.

• Collaborate closely with Development, Manual QA, and DevOps teams to ensure maximum test coverage and seamless integration.

• Promote automation best practices and provide technical mentoring to the team.

• Evaluate and select the best tools to align with the Quality Discipline’s strategy.

• Monitor and troubleshoot automated executions, ensuring the stability and performance of the scripts.

• Document processes and results to ensure traceability and reuse of test assets.
