As an Automation Programmer at Emergn, you’ll work across the full stack, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to scalable, high‑quality delivery.

We want you to:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions within ShareDo or similar legal technology platforms.
  • Build and optimize workflows, case management systems, and document automation processes to support legal operations
  • Collaborate with legal and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, automated solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security standards are met in all automation implementations.
  • Monitor performance and continuously improve workflows to enhance productivity and user experience.
  • Stay updated on trends in legal automation, workflow platforms, and no/low-code tools.

This job might be for you if you:

  • Software development experience, ideally with SaaS platforms
  • Experience designing and configuring no-code / low-code workflows for complex business processes
  • Ability to work across UI, backend, and database layers
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with complex domains and integrations
  • Interest in using AI to enhance engineering work


Nice to have:

  • Front End: JavaScript (vanilla + Vue/React), HTML5, CSS3
  • Back End: C# (.NET), SQL Server (incl. query optimization)
  • Knowledge of .NET CLR internals or advanced SQL tuning
  • Experience with event‑driven architectures or event sourcing
  • Familiarity with Elastic, Kurrent, Azure, or Pulumi
