What are we looking for?

We are looking for a hands-on Automation Infrastructure Engineer to join our Automation Platform team. This role sits at the intersection of test infrastructure, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud operations.

You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, observability, and scalability of our automated testing systems, with a strong focus on building the infrastructure, AI agentic tools and ecosystems, and maintaining and developing CI/CD that enables large-scale automated testing pipelines.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys innovative infrastructure development, working close to CI pipelines and Kubernetes clusters, and building robust test platforms used across the organization.

How will you make an impact?

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and developing CI/CD pipelines (github actions, jenkins)
  • Developing pytest-based automation infrastructure (python, pytest, playwright)
  • Develop and maintaining agentic AI ecosystem for tests implementation (claude, antropic, python)
  • Develop and maintain different reporting and monitoring systems (metabase, groundcover, mongodb)
  • Maintain and manage aws infrastructures (k8s, ec2, s3, networking ect…)
  • Debugging and maintaining Jenkins pipelines, with a strong focus on failed automated tests and CI infrastructure issues
  • Investigating and resolving Kubernetes issues, including pods, nodes, resource constraints, scheduling, and networking problems
  • Improving the reliability and observability of our test execution environments
  • Helping design, implement, and maintain test infrastructure, including:
  • Collaborating closely with automation engineers, QA, DevOps, and development teams
  • Identifying recurring failures and turning them into systematic fixes and improvements
  • Documenting infrastructure behavior, common failure modes, and operational best practices

Requirements

What is needed to succeed?

Required qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in Automating tests and building Automation Infrastructure - Must
  • 4-6 years of experience with Python—Must
  • Strong Linux troubleshooting skills—must
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (debugging pods, nodes, deployments, jobs)—must
  • Practical experience with AWS, including EC2, vpc/networking concepts/eks - Must
  • Strong experience debugging CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)—must
  • Familiarity with MongoDB—advantage
  • Familiarity with Metabase—advantage
  • Familiarity with test frameworks such as pytest and/or Playwright—Advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a debugging-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of infrastructure issues
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Desired qualifications (strong advantages):

  • Experience supporting large-scale automated test systems
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes internals (resources, networking)
  • Experience with observability tools (logs, metrics, dashboards)
  • Experience working with cloud networking concepts
  • Understanding of software testing principles and test lifecycle
