• Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,ITor related fields

• Solidhands onexperience in Test Automation suites–Python /Pytest,Robot Test Framework,Postmanand Postman Test scripts, JMeter

• Ability to developtest frameworks and test scripts for API testing

• Proven experience in automation testing and reporting.

• Experience in implementing automation testing from scratch and producing test reports for wider teams

• Experience of test automation setup of multi-tier, onprem and cloud based integrated solutions,includeAPI, database,end to endintegrations.

• Experience of DevOps tooling including GitLab, pipelines.Understanding ofCICDmethodology

• Good communication, verbal and written in English.

• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and being proactive in delivering results

PreferredSkills and Experience

• Cloud Testing experiences (Azure,AWS)

• Knowledge of Robot Test Framework.

• Technical skills and knowledge onSQL, Snowflake,Vectorwiseetc

• Experience working withJenkins,TestRail,JIRA and Confluenceor similar tools.

• Understanding offinancial markets, experience testing financial softwarea plus

• Anyperformance tools ormetricsusageare anadditionbutnotrequired

DetailedResponsibilities

• Understand,analyzebusiness and technicalrequirements, withtestabilityand testapproaches

• Providesthe planning,integration,casing, scripting, andexecutionofalltestingrequiredof a single softwarechangeor project or program.

• Independentlydevelopstest plandocuments,writesandexecutesautomationscripts,analyzemanualtestcasesetc.

• Recommendautomatedtest design bestsuitedfor the projects,writetestcasesscripts,executetestautomationtools/scripts

• Lead implementation of testautomationwithinexistingPython /Pytestbasedframework

• Developandmaintaintestsand/or workflowusage, testenvironment, testcasestest data, test plans, with limitedassistanceand theabilityto workindependently

• Generate test reportingusingcompany standardmethods,analyzedefectsforimprovement

• Diagnoseandresolvetechnical andoperationalproblemson test systems or products

• Guideconsultantswithautomatedtestingeffortsand share knowledge (bothdomain/technical)acrossthewiderPlatformMulticlouddistributionteams

• Participate in planning andestimatingeffortsin thesquadaswellasplanning andexecutionof on-goingQArequirements

• Work with cross-functionalteams toensurequalitythroughoutthe software development lifecycle.

• Responsible forcommunicatingaccuratelythe status ofongoingwork to stakeholdersrecommendsimprovementsto the testingprocessesto createefficiencies
