The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Intelligent Automation Developer to join our team. This is a senior opportunity to lead and deliver low-code and RPA automation initiatives end-to-end, driving workflow automation, process improvements, and desktop (UI) automation using a range of Intelligent Automation tools (eg Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath and others).

You will play a key role in identifying automation opportunities, shaping solution designs, estimating effort, ensuring quality and governance, and mentoring junior developers. What will you do?

  • Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of low-code and RPA automation solutions using one or more automation platforms (eg Power Platform, UiPath).
  • Own end-to-end delivery across the automation lifecycle: discovery/supporting analysis, solution design, build, testing, release, and hypercare.
  • Build and support desktop (UI) automations and workflow automations, selecting the most appropriate approach based on complexity, risk, maintainability, and business value.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements, challenge assumptions, and translate needs into scalable, resilient automation workflows.
  • Produce and maintain robust documentation (process maps, solution designs, technical notes, user guides) aligned to team standards.
  • Contribute to the automation roadmap and best practices: reusable components, frameworks, coding standards, and platform governance.
  • Coach and mentor junior developers, review their designs/solutions, and provide guidance to improve capability and consistency across the team.

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for a highly driven individual with solid interpersonal skills. A colleague looking to join a large and dynamic organization.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Management, or similar fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant area (eg intelligent automation/RPA, low-code development, workflow automation, software engineering, IT operations, or process optimization).
  • Proven hands-on experience delivering automation solutions using at least one automation platform (eg Power Platform, UiPath, or similar).
  • Scripting/programming knowledge (eg JavaScript, Python, C#, or VBA) and comfort building reusable components/libraries.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English, with strong stakeholder management skills (able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences).
  • Strong understanding of process mapping and business process analysis; comfortable leading process discovery and identifying automation opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead delivery across multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines reliably.
  • High attention to detail and a quality mindset (testing strategy, documentation, consistency, maintainability).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis.
  • Proactive attitude with ability to take ownership, drive continuous improvement, and mentor others.
