We’re looking for a Senior Automation and Control Engineer to join our team and drive operational excellence across our manufacturing processes.
Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, Problem‑solving tools, Continuous improvement methodology, Knowledge of CAD (SolidWorks/AutoCAD, etc.), Knowledge of PLC programming (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, Crouzet, OMRON, etc.), Knowledge of electropneumatics (pneumatics and hydraulics), Knowledge of microcontroller and microprocessor programming (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.), Knowledge of 3D printers (software, equipment, and materials), Knowledge of vision systems and optical systems, Knowledge of fasteners and material types, Knowledge of machining processes (lathe, milling machine, CNC, etc.), Development of Poka‑Yoke systems, Inventory control, Effective communication, teamwork, flexibility, proactivity, Conversational English proficiency.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience, experience in semi‑automated or automated processes, participation in projects, programming, software and application development, and team leadership; experience in fiber optics is desirable.
Education: Mechatronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field.
