Duties and Responsibilities

• Independently perform complex audits of annual accounts;
• Provide direction to the audit process internally;
• Ensure compliance with quality criteria, internal procedures, and laws and regulations;
• Monitor the progress of audits;
• Prepare the management letter/accountant report;
• Identify risks and deviations and discuss them with the client or accountant;
• Conduct interim evaluations and final discussions with the client;
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client (controller/financial director);
• Supervise assistant auditors;
• Produce a high-quality file in accordance with the Auditing Standards;
• Generate a qualitatively correct audit report;
• Prepare a qualitatively correct management letter/audit report;
• Complete audits within budget and planning norms;
• Perform a correct risk analysis;
• Promptly informing the audit manager of any issues;
• Maintaining intensive communication with the audit manager;
• Demonstrating an active and professional attitude within the audit team and towards the client

What we expect from you

• University Degree in Faculty of Economics, Organizational Sciences, or related degree/studies
• 5+ years of auditing experience
• Fluent English language skills are required for effective communication with clients and colleagues
• Ability to recognize connections between different pieces of information
• Identify and work towards collaborative solutions
• Work effectively in a team environment
• Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and priorities
• Set high standards for the quality of services
