What makes your day with us special

  • Manage, coordinate and conduct global and internal audit and inspection activities to ensure compliance and operational excellence
  • Distribute and prioritize tasks within the team while supporting efficient collaboration across functions
  • Foster strong cross-functional alignment and act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee outsourcing activities and maintain structured execution of external audits, including planning, risk assessment, and follow-up
  • Support and implement inspection readiness initiatives, including audit responses, root cause analyses, and CAPA management

What sets you apart

  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field, i.e. generally in the natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine
  • At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Solid understanding of global regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA, Swissmedic) and inspection processes
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate across multiple interfaces
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and build long-term professional relationships
