Requirements
Depending on your role, responsibilities may include: ● Representing public entities in various legal capacities, including governance, compliance, and litigation. ● Providing counsel on legal matters across diverse practice areas, including contracts, employment law, real estate, litigation, and more. ● Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, resolutions, pleadings, and policy memoranda. ● Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support client needs. ● Engaging in client consultations to provide tailored legal advice and solutions. ● Collaborating with colleagues to deliver comprehensive legal strategies and solutions. ● Participating in community and public outreach initiatives to strengthen the firm’s impact.
