Job Description

Elite Sourcing LLC is looking for a senior-level partner (8+ years) for an expanding office of a multi-state boutique defense litigation firm that specializes in litigation to work on a variety of interesting case that require for someone to think creatively.

The ideal applicant will be prepared to collaborate with a variety of partners, associates, and paralegals in a very busy practice. Experience in insurance defense is required.

Qualifications

• JD from a reputable law school and an Oklahoma practicing permit.
• Experience in insurance defense is required.
• Able to operate in a challenging, fast-paced atmosphere and be a self-starter.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and attention to detail abilities, as well as a willingness to follow long-standing firm protocols and experience in evaluating, editing, and creating legal documents.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities are required, as well as strong written and vocal communication skills.

What you will be doing:

• Manage litigation and case defense in a high-volume practice from beginning to end.
• Take and defend depositions (requires extensive deposition experience).
• Prepare for discovery
• Prepare witnesses
• Attend hearings, negotiations, and other proceedings
