Overview

Senior AutomationTE & ATE for Banking Project

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Playwright.
  • Develop and enhance reusable automation frameworks using POM and coding best practices.
  • Execute functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
  • Perform API automation and database validation using SQL.
  • Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
  • Use Git for version control, branching, and code collaboration.
  • Identify, report, track, and troubleshoot defects.
  • Analyze test results and prepare execution reports and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders in Agile environments.
  • Contribute to test planning, estimation, automation coverage, and continuous improvement.

Essential skills

Required Skills: Java, Playwright for Java, automation framework development, API testing, SQL, Git, Agile methodologies, defect management, and test reporting.

Desired skills

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
