Job Description

Regulus Group is seeking an experienced Senior ATC Specialist to support the FAA. The selected candidate will provide expertise in budget formulation and execution of a Program; data analysis; financial management reporting (i.e. manage F&E/Ops and travel spend plans, brief summarized financial reports at Internal Program Reviews (IPRs), Business Management Reviews (BMR) or Program Management Reviews (PMR)); collaborate with management on financial status, address variances/issues/concerns and recommend mitigation, etc. Knowledge of FAA financial systems (PRISM, DELPHI, etc.) in order to prepare and process procurement requests and run financial reports is ideal. We seek a detail-oriented and motivated self-starter who can contribute meaningfully and grow within our organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide air traffic operations support and policy/procedures development, implementation, and approval. Interact with service area/centers, field facilities for ARTCC's, TRACONs, and towers for operations and procedures issues
  • Support operational capacity and efficiency enhancements/improvements through the development and implementation of appropriate policy or guidance or through the development of new or revised procedures
  • Support system acquisitions, coordinate field integration with technical support personnel, provide input for Concept of Operations (ConOps), support Human-In-The-Loop (HITL) and Computer-Human-Interface (CHI) activities. Contribute effectively to working groups through oral and written communication and develop cooperative working relationships
  • Self-manage work assignments, contribute to quality, on-time deliverables, make identifiable contributions to customer success
  • Contribute to project direction and foster collaboration

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of FAA or DoD ATC operational experience, FAA or DoD system acquisition and integration experience.
  • Proficient with MS Office or similar products.
  • Strong ATC procedures background and good interpersonal skills.
  • Experience as an On-the-Job-Training (OJT) instructor or new system training development. Experience with the FAA Safety Risk Management (SRM) process
  • Knowledge of the FAA interagency or lines of business structure
