Senior Assurance Manager
Location: St. Louis, MO

We are partnered with a Top 10 Midwest CPA and business advisory firm experiencing strong, sustained growth and seeking a Senior Assurance Manager to join their St. Louis team. This firm is known for its collaborative, people-first culture, strong leadership, and clear pathway to Partnership.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee multiple audit, review, and compilation engagements
• Review workpapers and deliverables to ensure compliance with professional standards
• Serve as a senior advisor and primary relationship owner for key clients
• Mentor and develop managers, supervisors, and senior staff
• Drive business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities and leading proposals
• Oversee engagement budgets, timelines, and overall execution
• Provide technical leadership and resolve complex accounting and audit issues

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA required
• 8+ years of public accounting assurance experience
• Proven experience leading large engagements and managing teams
• Strong technical expertise in GAAP and auditing standards
• Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
