Our client is a key player in the Fin-tech Space. They have built a trusted payment infrastructure that allows consumers and businesses to make and receive payments conveniently, and border less. They are currently looking to hire  a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate to join their Treasury Assurance team in Lagos.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of treasury operations.The candidate Will also have a strong background in treasury management, risk assessment, and financial analysis.
Job Responsibilities

• 
  Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, and fund disbursement     processes.
• 
  Implement and maintain treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory       requirements.
• 
  Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities in treasury activities.
• 
  Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes related to liquidity
  management and investment strategies.
• 
  Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with treasury operations.
• 
  Monitor market trends and provide recommendations to optimize the company's risk exposure.
• 
  Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to treasury operations.
• 
  Prepare accurate and timely reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams; finance, accounting, and legal, to ensure alignment of treasury activities with overall business objectives.
• 
  Build strong relationships with financial institutions and other partners.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Master's degree or professional certifications (eg CTP, CFA) is an added advantage

Minimum of 4 years working experience in treasury management, financial analysis, or a related field.

Strong understanding of financial markets, risk management, and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
