As a Senior Associate OneStream Implementation Finance Solutions you will support financial operations work that helps clients improve processes, strengthen controls, and implement finance systems that align with business needs. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, guide junior team members, and build client relationships while navigating ambiguity and delivering quality work within our Finance Consulting practice. In this role at PwC, you will help develop and implement OneStream solutions, interpret client requirements, and contribute to process improvements that support financial reporting, automation, and shared services.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client financial operations and implementation needs to shape OneStream solutions that support planning, reporting, and close activities
• Managing assigned workstreams across finance transformation engagements, tracking deliverables, issues, and milestone progress
• Translating business requirements into system design inputs for financial reporting, consolidation, and process automation
• Reviewing implementation outputs for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client finance process objectives
• Applying analytical thinking to interpret data, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements to financial workflows
• Supporting configuration, testing, and issue resolution across OneStream deployment phases and connected finance processes
• Preparing client-facing materials, status updates, and workflow documentation that communicate progress and next steps clearly
• Developing working knowledge of financial reporting structures, controls, and shared services models to support project delivery
• Mentoring junior team members on task execution, work product preparation, and issue identification
• Building trusted client relationships by responding to questions, anticipating needs, and adapting to changing engagement priorities

What You Must Have

• At least a Master's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
