As a Senior Associate in OneStream Implementation for Finance Solutions, you will engage with clients to deliver tailored financial operations solutions. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex financial processes and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their unique needs and delivering impactful results.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor junior team members, helping them navigate complex situations and grow their personal brand. Your role will involve anticipating client needs and delivering quality solutions, even when the path forward is not clear.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
