Job Description

The Senior, TIAA India Learning and Development job plans, administers, and oversees employee development and career planning strategies, procedures and initiatives. As a recognized subject matter expert, this job reviews staff training and development needs and monitors the development of training programs to improve individual and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Liaises with management and interviews employees to identify and assess training and development needs.
  • Reviews and refines formal training and development programs for learning initiatives.
  • Oversees the training of organization's employees.
  • Manages events, programs, and activities to meet the staff training and development needs.
  • Evaluates employees' learning performance and related improvements to enhance the performance of the workforce.
  • Administers programs to enhance the skills of the organization's employees.
  • Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with other employees.

Function: Reporting, Tracking, and Operations Support

Role Overview

The Analyst will support the Wealth Training Team by managing reporting, tracking, and operational processes that enable the team to deliver training content, training programs, and coaching effectively. This role focuses on the administrative and analytical backbone that keeps training operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting: Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on training activities, program participation, coaching delivery, and other team metrics for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Tracking: Maintain accurate tracking of training schedules, completion status, enrollment data, and coaching engagements across the team's programs.
  • Workday Operations: Manage Workday-related tasks such as data entry, updates, and record maintenance related to training assignments, learning activities, and team operations.
  • Operational Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the Wealth Training Team, including coordinating logistics, maintaining documentation, and supporting process improvements.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Liaise with team members responsible for training content, program design, and coaching delivery to ensure data and reporting needs are met accurately and on time.
  • Data Quality: Monitor and maintain the accuracy and integrity of training-related data across systems.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Workday or similar HR/training systems (or willingness to learn)
  • AI/MyGait Fluency
  • In- depth experience with reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, or BI tools)
  • Ability to manage multiple tracking processes simultaneously
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in training operations, L&D support, or a similar analyst role is a plus
