
Help shape how customers discover and redeem for gift cards through Ultimate Rewards. You will help drive partner performance, strengthen collaboration across teams, and deliver improvements that customers can feel.
As a Senior Associate in the Strategic Partnerships Center of Excellence, you will support the relationships and commercial strategy for Ultimate Rewards gift card partners across key customer passion areas. You will help manage partner performance, support commercial term discussions, and contribute to partnership strategy and roadmap materials. You will drive cross-functional execution with teams across product, marketing, finance, legal, risk, and operations to deliver customer and business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
• 2–3+ years of relevant experience in partnerships, account management, business development, strategy, commercial operations, loyalty or rewards, payments, e-commerce, or financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to support day-to-day partner needs by coordinating stakeholders, tracking requests, and preparing for partner meetings.
• Comfort working with program economics and performance metrics; ability to build or interpret analyses and translate them into actions.
• Ability to connect broader goals to execution details, including program mechanics, partner performance, and contractual obligations.
• Ability to review and work with contract terms, obligations, and deliverables in partnership with legal, risk, and senior team members.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; ability to drive work to completion in a matrixed environment with limited direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including structured updates and well-organized meeting materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
• Experience in credit cards, loyalty or rewards programs, gift cards, merchant offers, payments, or financial services.
• Experience supporting negotiations and ongoing commercial term management (including performance tracking and economics reviews).
• Experience creating executive-ready materials such as business reviews, partner performance readouts, and roadmap presentations.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management across product, marketing, finance, legal, risk, and operations.
• Familiarity with test-and-learn approaches, measurement, and customer journey or experience optimization.
